Ample counter space and a convenient island make meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area seats four comfortably, ideal for sit-down meals or morning coffee.



Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. Equipped with air conditioning, bedside lamps, and ample wardrobe space, it offers both comfort and convenience. The house rules for the property are designed to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests. Here are the key regulations:



No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. Guests are asked to respect this rule to maintain the cleanliness and air quality of the apartment.



No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This rule helps ensure a peaceful stay for all residents and guests in the building.



No Pets: Pets are not allowed at the property. This restriction is in place to accommodate guests with allergies and to preserve the condition of the furnishings.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. During these hours, guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum to respect the comfort and sleep of others in the neighborhood.



No Overnight Visitors: Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. All overnight guests must be part of the original booking.



Parking: Please check with us for parking availability; the parking fee is $15 per night. (Vertical Clearance: 2 meters)



Check-in and Check-out Times: Guests should adhere to the check-in time of 3:00 PM and the check-out time of 10:00 AM. This allows sufficient time for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



Respect for Property: Guests are expected to treat the home with care and leave it in the same condition as it was upon arrival. This includes managing waste properly, using appliances with care, and avoiding activities that could cause damage.
