The Space:

This charming townhouse in Kissimmee offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it a great choice for families. The spacious living room features cozy seating and a TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals and a dining area for gathering together.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second a queen, the third a single bed, and the fourth a bunk bed, perfect for kids. With three full bathrooms, everyone has space and privacy.

Step outside to enjoy your own private pool with outdoor seating and a patio, the ideal spot to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.



The Neighborhood:

Terra Verde Resort is a fantastic neighborhood for travelers seeking a luxurious, secure, and convenient location in Orlando, Florida.



The neighborhood boasts a plethora of amenities, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, a game room, a concierge service, and a cyber cafe. Outside, renters can enjoy the heated swimming pool and spa, tiki bar, volleyball court, basketball court, and a playground.



Terra Verde Resort's location is perfect for renters who want to be close to Orlando's major attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The neighborhood is also near shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it a convenient location for day-to-day living.



The resort is gated and secured 24/7, giving renters peace of mind and a sense of security. Additionally, the resort offers several services such as shuttle services, on-site management, and concierge services, making the renting experience seamless and enjoyable.

The condo charges a one-time $25 non-refundable fee per car.



★ Booking & Check-In

* Guests must be 21+ to book and must present a valid ID at check-in.

* Please send a full guest list (first & last names) by 5 PM EST, 24 hours before arrival, so we can provide resort access.

★ Amenities

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available for an additional fee.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 4 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.

★Pool Heater


The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.

Important Notes:

•⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

•⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.

★ Policies

* No pets (service animals must be registered before arrival).

★ Maintenance
We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

★ Packages
USPS does not deliver to the property, and we are not responsible for unattended packages.

* There is a small $10 fee for package deliveries.
