Our retreat is ideal for nature lovers, wine enthusiasts, and anyone seeking serenity close to the city.
Bullsbrook offers the perfect mix of country charm and adventure just north of Perth. Surrounded by rolling hills and scenic bushland, it’s a peaceful destination where you can wake up to birdsong and spot kangaroos at dawn. Visitors love exploring local farm gates, fresh produce stalls, and weekend markets that showcase the region’s authentic rural character. Aviation fans can enjoy the occasional sight of RAAF jets training overhead, while history lovers will appreciate the nearby military museums. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike, cycle, or horse ride through beautiful nature reserves, and families can enjoy picnics in the open countryside. The farmhouse overlooks six acres of fruit orchards dotted with olive and Marri trees, providing a serene and picturesque retreat. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living area that seamlessly blends a modern country kitchen featuring high-end appliances with a welcoming lounge and dining area anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and a plush king-sized bed. The space is equipped with a 75-inch smart TV and ultra-fast Starlink internet, ensuring both comfort and connectivity. The bathroom is elegantly designed with a spacious rainfall shower and premium fixtures, while the second sleeping area offers a mezzanine queen bed and a double fold-out sofa.
Additional amenities include an outdoor toilet and laundry with an AEG washing machine and dryer, making longer stays convenient. Step outside onto the expansive travertine-paved patio, where you can enjoy a barbecue and dine at the communal table while soaking up the sweeping views of Walyunga National Park.
Check out is strictly 10am . A late check-out fee of $100 applies for departure after this time, with an additional charge of $100 for each hour thereafter.
*Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, pay a security bond of $500 (not applicable for Airbnb bookings) and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
- The property is not child-proofed (unsecured furniture, no outlet covers), it may not be a safe fit for guests traveling with young children.
- The mezzanine floor queen bed is accessed by a permanent inbuilt ladder
- There is a train line that runs at the bottom of the valley next to the Avon river, this can be heard at times.
- The property is located in a bushfire zone and fire restrictions will be in place from October through to May inclusive.
- Kangaroo's and other wildlife are a regular visitor to the property, dogs are allowed to the property under strict supervision. Fencing is rural only and will not contain pets.
- Smoking and vaping in the property is prohibited
