Whether you’re planning a quiet getaway with friends or a fun-filled family retreat, this secluded and beautifully renovated home in High Meadows Country Club (Roaring Gap, NC) / is the perfect setting.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and spacious gathering areas on both levels. The wrap-around upstairs porch and bottom deck are favorite spots—you may never want to leave!
Inside the Home
• Upstairs: Master suite with king bed and private full bath, eat-in kitchen, half bath, and large living room.
• Downstairs: Three bedrooms (each with a queen bed), two full bathrooms, and a spacious playroom. One bedroom also includes a single Murphy bed, and the playroom features a futon for additional sleeping flexibility.
Entertainment & Activities
Your group will find plenty of ways to stay entertained without ever leaving the property:

• Cornhole
• Disc golf
• Bocce ball
• Ring-on-hook game

This home has been part of our family’s story since my grandfather built it in 1972. Growing up, we would make the drive south to North Carolina every summer to spend our vacations here—memories of family gatherings, laughter, and long days in the mountains that I’ll always treasure.
My wife and I had the privilege of purchasing the home and thoughtfully renovating it so that it can continue to be a place of joy, rest, and connection for the next 50 years. We’re excited to share it with you and hope that your time here creates as many special memories for your family as it has for ours.
