A toilet and laundry, with washing machine and dryer are also located on the ground floor for convenience.



Upstairs: Two queen bedrooms, each beautifully furnished and inviting, with soft linen bedding for a restful night’s sleep and a homely touch.



A second lounge area with a smart TV makes for a cozy retreat at the end of the day.



The bathroom, located on the second floor near the bedrooms, features a spa bath, shower, and toilet.

There’s parking for two cars in the driveway, with free street parking available out in front of the property. The CBD is easy to reach by foot, or a very quick drive if you prefer. The beach is also nearby — just a few minutes by car or a pleasant stroll if you’d rather walk. An ideal spot to enjoy the best of both city and beach life.
