You'll have the best of Sea Pines and Harbour Town, including the Harbour Town Golf Links and a trolley that leads to the beach, right at your fingertips. And no matter how you choose to spend your days, you can end each one with a friendly tennis match at the Racquet Club and dinner and cocktails outside on your private balcony overlooking the trees.
Home amenities include a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a high-efficiency washer/dryer, while three king beds and one bunk bed in pristine rooms provide the entire family with relaxation and comfort.

This stylish, contemporary townhouse is located in the heart of Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island, less than a quarter-mile up the road from the famed Harbour Town Golf Links. The Harbour Town Pier and Lighthouse are a quarter-mile in the other direction, with several quaint shops and eateries to explore along the way. If you're looking to hit the beautiful ocean beach, you need only hop on board the Sea Pines trolley or ride your bike.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful villa, great location

This villa worked out perfectly for our family vacation! This is the second time that we have stayed in this villa, and both times we have been very pleased. We love being close to harbortown, and we love all of the updates in the home.

Harbour town Steps Away!

Perfect stay with 3 bed/3 bath enough for 2 families comfortably. How close this place to Harbour Town and the best biking trails around is incredible! The beds were all king size and it was also a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again and again, thank you!

Good value

Loved the location and that it was an upstairs unit. We had three couples and were thrilled that there was no opportunity for children rambling across the floor above us. Unit was clean and had all the amenities you would expect. I would stay here again.

Comfort issue failure

Property was in an excellent location, however all good things were ruined when 6 guest were left with a non working HVAC system for almost 2 days.

Great location and plenty of privacy

We were a group of friends in town for a wedding. The space, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, was perfect for us. The patio is just big enough to seat two or three people to stand. The kitchen is plenty big to cook just bring everything like oil, etc. We got in very late, and the code didn't work, which was very frustrating, but we were able to get ahold of someone to get a different code from the original email/text. The place is outdated, with some cracked paint and outdated bathrooms, and I found some hair on my pillows. They were cleaned but just needed an extra rinse, maybe. For price and location, one of the better deals in the area for sure.

Beautiful condo and excellent location!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was clean and tidy, and some of the furniture inside was newer than that even shown in the pictures! There were many useful things in the kitchen for cooking, the only thing missing were oven mitts to get hot pans from the oven. So just remember to bring some if you are planning on using the oven to cook any meals! We also had an infant with us, and there was a pack n play and a high chair in the closet which came in very handy. Not to mention the location was so convenient and beautiful. We never had to drive further than 15 minutes to get to anywhere we needed to go. And in the neighborhood, there are many places to eat that are less than a 5 minute walk and a park which was great for the little ones! We will definitely be back!

Long weekend trip with friends

We stayed from Friday 10/6/23 until Monday 10/9/23. The appt was just as pictured in the photos. It had 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and we loved the fact that each bedroom had a king bed and its own en-suite bath. The only problem that we had was with the AC unit. The drain lines stopped up but we called Vacasa and they sent a repairman out that same night and fixed it and it worked fine after that. And also they checked on us after that to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely rent here again. Everything was clean as expected. We were very pleased with the unit. And will definitely be back.

Nice Getaway

The location of the property couldn’t have been better. Maybe 100 steps through a passageway right into the Harbor to see the lighthouse, restaurants and shops. The property had everything we needed and was comfortable for our 6 with extra beds that we didn’t need. Would definitely recommend.

Location awesome, but...

The location of this unit is awesome... bedrooms well appointed (all have tv's) with comfortable mattresses... kitchen has everything you need... however, the cleaning crew either missed this unit prior to our arrival or just didn't care (I know it was the latter, as the beds were made) - the place was filthy... the fixtures in all 3 bathrooms need repair or replacing... and the furniture in the den was uncomfortable and VERY dirty (stains all over cushions and pillows). This would be a fantastic unit with just a little TLC and a deep cleaning!

Pros and cons, wouldn’t stay again

The bathroom floors and tubs need a scrub. You can tell the place was fixed up on a budget. A few more roaches than I would expect to see. Really enjoyed being able to walk in one minute to Harbourtown where there are restaurants, a playground, live music, the lighthouse, a pier, a coffee shop, shops, etc. Did not like the trolley system because the drop off area at the beach is crowded and we prefer a less crowded beach. You can’t drive yourself and park at the beach on the resort and it’s too far to walk. We ended up having a member of our party drive us to the beach and then ride a bike back and forth three miles, not ideal.

Great location

This is our first time staying at a Vacasa location. The Vacasa office was easy to find and we easily found our envelope when checking in after hours. The condo is cute and accommodated my family well. The keypad on the door was a nice feature and we enjoyed not having to keep up with physical keys. Things seemed fairly clean, housekeeping could do a better job of looking under the furniture and in the drawers to ensure trash and dust bunnies stay at bay. We discovered a leak in the kitchen which Vacasa took care of immediately. We missed having the “perks” of renting through Sea Pines such as access to the Harbor Town Pool which is located just across the street and the ability to park at the beach club. We were able to purchase a day pass to the pool in South Beach and the kids enjoyed having a pool day. We enjoyed the proximity to the shops, restaurants, and playground at Harbor Town. Biking to the beach only took about 15 minutes towing our children. Condo parking was convenient and sufficient as you could have up to 3 cars.

Great find

Well appointed unit close to shuttle for the beach and courts. Rooms were very spacious too and beds were comfortable. Please note that pool access is not included. You need to pay and get te located on another part of the resort.

GREAT STAY on HHI

This unit was perfect!! Look was modern/minimalist but had everything you needed. The location is literally around the corner from downtown Harbor Bay which is far enough to avoid the buzz but barely a 3 minute walk. Right across the street from the pool, tennis courts and the trolley. All around couldn't be more pleased...will definitely be returning 👍
