For a relaxing vacation, or golf, tennis, pickleball or beach getaway, with family and friends, there is no better place than this spacious 3BR/3BA Villa. We are walking distance to Harbour Town and a 5-minute stroll to both the Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town Golf Links. Sliding doors off the kitchen and living room lead to a stone patio surrounded by tall live oaks -- the perfect place for eating al fresco. The beach is nearby and the seasonal community swimming pool is steps away.

July 4 th break!

Quick break with our family and grand children! Prefect location to walk to harbour town or to grab a pizza. Condo was perfect! Host was very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent Rental

This rental had a homey feel. It was in a great location. You can walk to Harbour Town. It is also close to two trolley stops: Racquet Club Villas or the Heritage Pad. The rental is well maintained. The A/C airflow is great. Spacious closet space. There is a closet with board games. The pool is diagonally behind the rental which makes it easy to walk to. The living room has enough seating for the whole family plus grandparents. Don (the owner) is very responsive. The outside shower/hose is fantastic for beach days. This rental is very livable and has things incorporated that make it a pleasant experience.

walk to everything!

Great family stay. Was able to walk to Harbor Town, tennis, pickleball…even golf! Clean townhouse with plenty of space and great communications with owner. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Clean and great location

Don’s villa was very clean and he was very responsive, as he brought me a lighter to light a candle for my daughter’s cake and let us have a late checkout to accommodate our flights. We had plenty of space with 6 people and loved the proximity to Harbour Town.

Great place for our family

This villa is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and has done so much to make it welcoming to us. The location between Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center is perfect.

This was a very clean and spot on property description. Many amenities available from sea pines resort. Close to everything. Owner was very quick and responsive!

Great location, Great host

Easy access to so many amenities especially Harbor Town. Host communication and instructions were clear and thoughtful. Nice, clean space. Plenty of room for our family of four to gather together or spread out.

Nice condo, good location, thin walls

Overall, this condo was lovely. It was exactly as described and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The only downside was that the walls were very thin and there was a family with young children next door - we heard them a lot. I would still rent this condo again as no place is perfect.

Sea Pines Condo

We had a fantastic experience during our stay in Sea Pines. The condo was clean, well-appointed and in great condition. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and we particularly appreciated having an individual bath for each bedroom. Don was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating throughout the entire process. We’ll certainly stay here again!

Vacation with family

This place was a great place to stay. A 5 minute bike ride to Harbour Town and a 15 minute bike ride to the beach. The shuttle can be caught right across the street at the Racquet Club Villas to take to the beach as well. Having the 3 bikes at the villa was great - didn't have to rent as many. The pool was right outside the back door which was so convenient and was never crowded. The place was big enough for our 8 adults. There is plenty of room for air mattresses if needed. The unit has a queen size air mattress and a twin size air mattress if you need them. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, appliances, and plenty of containers to put leftover food in. I would for sure stay at this villa again. Property owner was GREAT to work with - he communicated with us within minutes if we needed anything.

Graduation Trip

We stayed at the property to celebrate the High School and College graduations of my two children. The location of the villa was perfect - walkable to Harbor Town and just around the corner from the pool. The unit was very nice. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, small appliances. We will look to stay again when we return to Hilton Head.

Wonderful Week in Hilton Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Don's property. Very close to Harbortown and an easy bike ride to all Sea Pines has to offer. The place was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this property for families.

Family Vacation

Good space for six adults to be together comfortably. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items needed. Easy walking distance to harbortown and biking to the beach. Space to work for my daughter and son-in-law who couldn’t get the entire week off. This was our second stay and would stay again.

Spacious for family, perfect location

My husband and I brought our three teenagers for an extended weekend visit to sea Pines. We love bed the location on the property—easy five minute walk to dining, shopping, and the pier. The property is clean and easily accommodated us all. Very comfortable and convenient. We all said we would stay here again next time we visit Hilton Head!

Well maintained, super clean and comfortable

An all around excellent rental experience. Listing was very accurate and communication from property owner was prompt and precise. The home itself was well maintained, super clean and comfortable and proximity was A+. Quick walk to the community’s pool and less than 1/2 mile walk to the heart of Harbour Town festivities. Our family, ages ranging from 1 year to 75 were all really pleased. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very Nice Property...Strongly Recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and spacious. We had 2 Adults and 4 teenagers. The 3 Bed and 3 Bath unit was perfect for us. Property is seconds from Harbour Town and only a short bike or drive to the beach (near the sea pines beach club). Some things to note: (1) There is no beach club parking for a car...you need a pass and this rental does not qualify for a pass...only biking or walking access to the beach club is available (2) Unit did not have Beach Chairs or Beach Towels...I think some beach Chairs and Towels would be a wonderful addition to the amenities. (3) Unit has 3 nice bikes available for use, we used them (and 3 rentals) almost every day. (4) Owner is incredibly helpful and responsive to questions or concerns...rent with confidence! Overall, rated this a 5 star rental!
