Escape to Villa Tierra, set across 2.7 sun-drenched acres in the exclusive Holgate-Matcham Valley. With two separate wings, this unique home is perfectly designed for large or extended families, groups of friends, or those simply looking to relax in style surrounded by nature.

In the East wing of the home, you'll find a welcoming farmhouse style kitchen, open living and dining area, an oversized lounger area that flows out to the balcony overlooking the heated pool, a charming master bedroom with king bed which opens onto a Juliet-style balcony draped in vines, ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom with two single beds, in this wing you will also find the laundry and powder room.

The West wing offers a more contemporary feel, with a kitchenette, light-filled living spaces, a study, bedroom three with queen bed, bedroom four has two single beds, bedroom five has a queen size bed, bedroom six has a king spilt and an additional single bed while bedroom seven has a queen size bed and ensuite.

Flowing out from the east wing lounge room you will find an expansive alfresco area overlooking the sparkling heated pool and rolling lawns. Wander through the citrus grove,
pick herbs and veggies from the garden. Peaceful and retreat like, yet close to beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops , it's the ideal place to slow down, reconnect, and create
unforgettable memories.

Villa Tierra welcomes pets on request. We love having furry friends join in on holidays, however we kindly ask guests to follow a few conditions to help keep the home well
maintained. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or cushions, and as the property is not fully fenced, owners should be mindful of local wildlife. A maximum of one pet up to 12kg
is allowed.
