The place was absolutely perfect for our needs in a fabulous location with top notch decor. The King bed was mostly comfortable but slept hot with the solid plastic covering the mattress. And I did have to hassle with the neighbors to ask them to remove their cars from the dedicated parking spots so we could use the spots during our stay. Also, the patio could use a couple clean up - lots of tall weeds and some dead oranges lying around.

Convenient to Old Town

This place is spacious! Plenty of room for a family. We had our family of 4 adults. The decor is nice. Beds were comfortable! One morning we walked to get coffee and probably could have walked to more. The complex is old but it’s clean and seemed safe. There was a pool that looked nice but we were too busy to use it.

Great stay. We stayed almost a month and were very happy. Host was responsive to a couple of (my dumb) questions.Condo was easy to get in, directions were accurate and pictures were as advertised (rare). Place was really clean and plenty of staples such as coffee, laundry/dishwasher detergent and paper products, upon arrival. Water pressure for shower was great..I'm kind of weird about that.Location was not exaggerated, half mile walk to old town.If you have a pet, great walking area in the complex. With all that said and no reflection on the Host, dealing with Evolve (3rd party vendor to VRBO), was awful. So awful, we will not go through VRBO again. I just hope our Host contracts with other sites...if so, we will book with them (Host) again next year.Note..we are in our 60's, retired, travel constantly and give and take reviews seriously. We believe in giving honest reviews so others can benefit.

The townhome itself is a 4/5. Everything is recently renovated, clean and as pictured. The entrance with the lockbox is poorly lit.The property management group gave us the wrong entrance code forcing us to find hotel rooms to stay in the first night. The second time they gave us a code there were two different codes- only one of which was correct. Additionally, a neighbor was parking in one of the two parking spots three out of our four nights.Poor service from both the property manager and VRBO.
