The location of this condo is perfect! Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. A lot to do in close proximity. Overall the unit is nice and has a great remodeled kitchen and new couch. However, a few minor updates could make a huge difference. All the rugs need to replaced or thrown out as they are dirty and some are torn. The closet doors need to be removed as they are off the tracks - they could be replaced with nice curtains. The pillows in the master bedroom are flat and need to be replaced. Overall a great unit but it needs some attention to detail.

We had a lovely stay. Clean and close to everything. The one thing I would suggest is to fix the front door. It gets stuck and hard to open

The condo was great! Location is perfect to get to anything in Scottsdale & Old Towne! We didn’t cook or use the kitchen but it’s fully equipped with everything you would need.

The property had a great set up with 2 master bed/ bath areas. I would say seating in living room was a bit limited but overall the kitchen had an open space and it was comfortable for 4 adults. The location is walking distance but you have to cross a busy street to the mall- for the price and value this is a fantastic property and the owner responded in minutes to any request!

Amazing spot in Scottsdale

Perfect condo in Scottsdale! The condo is very well stocked and furnished and in an incredible location. Host was very responsive and helpful when we needed to reach out. Couldn’t be happier!

Excellent location

We had a friends weekend of shopping, sitting by the pool, walking Old Scottsdale. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.

Decent but location makes up for it

The location really is perfect. But the overall stay was fine and the place only needs some minor fixes. New blinds, fix the closet doors and a deep clean of the rugs. But then again I am a neat/clean freak so things I noticed might not bother other people.

Tired, filthy and neglected

This is an extremely flighty, TIRED & NEGLECTED” property. - black mold in 3 of 4 bathroom sinks- master bath- shower drain clogged- master bedroom-slider to outside broken and would not open, closet doors broken and off track, closet full broken crib, pool toys, etc that had just been thrown in. Bed had an odd odor, we did not sleep in there- living room- shades broken and falling off, couch and rug grimy, we did not use couch as it was so filthy. We had to purchase sponges and cleaners to clean bathrooms and kitchen before using. The only positive was the location.

Great location, ok place

Much older than the photos show, however in a great location and walkable to everything! We were very hot as the owner locked the temperature so we could not adjust. Carpets and rugs, showers, shower heads and drains were pretty dirty. Host was helpful with check in.

AAA location, literally can walk to all the highlights of Old Town Scottsdale from the front door of this Townhome. 4 heated pools in the complex with views of Camelback Mountain. We recently had a baby and are trying to get our parents to move to Scottsdale, what better way then to offer them 100% furnished place to stay! They only use it a few times per year so we are sharing it with others through VRBO.
