Welcome to Three Pines! a cozy 2-bed & 1-bath 2nd floor apt near downtown Boothbay Harbor.

IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.
House Rules:

- Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times, especially near the pond and the fire pit.

- Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed. If your dog is not under voice control, please keep them leashed. Dog waste bags and a receptacle are provided in front of the barn — please clean up after your pets.

- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, located on the left side of the barn, between the grill and the pumpkin patch.

- A copy of the Welcome Book is provided in the home with important details about the property, amenities, and local information.

Please note: Access to the home requires navigating stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum after this time.
