Just steps from the beach, this newly renovated villa offers refined interiors and a comfortable living space. As you enter you’ll be greeted by a stunning gray shiplap wainscoting that leads you into the fully equipped kitchen. Sleek gray cabinetry are accompanied by black granite countertops to convey a modern feel, and stainless steel appliances are seamlessly integrated for both style and functionality. The dining area is immersed into the kitchen area, and provides a table suited for 6.

Off the dining and kitchen areas is the living area. It highlights a comfortable sofa, high-end coffee table, large television and a floor to ceiling window that provides a picturesque view over the ocean. Access to the oceanfront balcony is also available off of the living area.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television and an attached en suite bathroom. The bathroom delivers a luxurious feel, with black finishes and a striking black and white contrasted dual vanity, plus a walk in shower. The primary bedroom also offers access to the oceanfront balcony. A secondary bedroom highlights two queen beds, access to the large oceanfront balcony and an additional full bathroom. The second bathroom also features black and white finishes and a beautifully remodeled walk in shower.

The villa is equipped with wireless internet. Community washers and dryers and an elevator are provided within the building.
