Spacious accommodation surrounded by greenery

Independent accommodation (50 m2) in the heart of the Loire Anjou Touraine Natural Park and close to the Loire Valley, its castles/gardens/vineyards, La Flèche zoo, Doué Biopark, Saumur... We will be happy to welcome you to the place called Le Verdelet (Mouliherne). The accommodation, in the old farmhouse, includes 1 bedroom, 1 large living room, 1 equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave grill), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet sanibroyeur) and is surrounded by a large garden with trees, vegetable garden, orchard.
Bed linen provided, shower mat, dish towel (towel rental available at an additional cost => 3€/person)
Sleeps: 140 bed and 1 or 2 seater sofa bed (80 or 160)
Kitchen staples: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar
Access to the terrace with barbecue, garden, deckchairs. Respect for the neighborhood and the guests: calm from 11 p.m.
Baby equipment: travel cot with mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet, bath/shower seat, high chair.

The main telephone operators (Orange, SFR, Bouygues,...) are accessible and will allow you to access the internet via your telephone subscription.
Possibility to access the family washing machine (9kg) =>4 € per machine, detergent included.
Electric car charging via green up socket possible =>payment to the following car power package (€12 for a 40 kwh < battery, €17 for a 40 to 60 kwh battery, €25 for a 60 kwh > battery)

Located 2 km from the village, the property is in the heart of the orchards. Access to local shops in the village: grocery store open 7 days a week, bakery (opening in September), café, bar/restaurant/PMU, ... supermarket 10 minutes away (Vernoil le Fourrier)
We live on site so we can accompany and advise you throughout your stay or even share a few moments of conviviality if you wish. On the other hand, we cannot accept to welcome other people than the guests who have booked.
