I was fumbling around with the Entry Code, and someone behind the Ring Camera let me know that the code should be entered at the key lock, not the lock box. It wasn’t really obvious that the entry lock had a place for the code. They told me over the Ring camera and we were in fine. The place was clean and comfortable

Overall our stay was very good. The house was as described in the description and in the pictures on Vrbo. The house was very clean and the amenities provided made it an enjoyable stay.There was a brief period of confusion on the day of check-in related to the security system but it was resolved efficiently that day. Towards the end of our stay, there was a regular scheduled spray of the exterior of the house for pest control. This spraying resulted in an abundance of dead ants in the screened in porch and we left a note for the cleaning group upon check-out.Even with these couple items, we did have a pleasurable stay.

Thank you for feedback on the alarm system which, of course, is only meant to secure the property when there are no guests staying there.
