Pine ridge jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles or 15 min straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls close to I-75. The house includes the top unit and offers an older Florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes .

Not safe and dangerous! Avoid this house and this host at all costs.Don’t let the photos fool you—this is a shared property, not a standalone home as advertised.The house is located in a rough, undesirable area.When we arrived at 5:12 PM, the front door was unlocked and the place was filthy—clearly not cleaned. I immediately called the host. His first question was, “Which unit are you in?” That was the moment we realized this was not a private house at all. I told him the property was dirty and that we had no idea it was shared. His response? “I thought it said so in the listing.” It absolutely did not.We walked back out of the unlocked house and immediately started looking for alternative accommodations. While we were waiting outside, the host pulled up. I told him face-to-face that we were not comfortable staying in a shared house with a strange man and that we were leaving. I also asked for a full refund. He confirmed—right there in person—that he would issue the refund through the VRBO chat.Then, on Tuesday, he messaged me claiming he “didn’t know we had canceled” and began fighting the refund request.This host is dishonest, unprofessional, and a horrible person. He should not be allowed to rent on VRBO. Stay far away.

Great place

My brother and I came down to visit our mother who lives only 5 minutes away from this location. The house is very modern and new with wonderful amenities. It's just east of Highway 75 and not far from the airport at all.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Location is good, house is nice and spacious and updated. Although it stated sleeps eight was not quite equipped for eight and listing does not state it is an upstairs unit. Communication with owner was less than satisfactory only because we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early, we simply asked if we could get credit for the one day and owner did not bother to respond. A simple answer would have been better than not answering at all especially since we were dealing with an emergency and repeated had to follow up.
