Construction 2022 in an easy access location located in a peaceful neighborhood with land on the waterfront (other side of the street / 5 min walk) at Lake Schryer (Montpellier, Quebec) located 25 minutes from Montebello and 15 minutes from Lake Simon. About 1 hour from Gatineau and Ottawa.

Nearby: Schryer Lake campground, mini-putt Lake Simon, Montagne Noire (hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sliding). Red Pine Outfitter 15 minutes away. Parc Omega 25 minutes away. Quad and snowmobile trail (snowmobile trail around the corner only).

Exterior Includes: Large wooded lot, bbq, place to fire.

Sports equipment, we have at your disposal 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board. Snowshoeing (adults and children).
