This spacious 3rd floor, 3 bed/ 2 bath condo, with 10' ft high ceilings is 1,350 sq ft located in the coveted Building D. It is the closest building to the beach with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Situated perfectly between two public beach access point across the street. A 1-2 minute walk!

The stylish beachy living room was just recently decorated with a brand new large sectional sofa, accent chairs, stools for ample seating and features a 50" mounted Smart TV. The dining area has a farmhouse table and counter stools along the kitchen bar, providing seating for everyone. The living room leads out to a private gulf-facing balcony inviting you to relax and take in the ocean breeze. Enjoy a morning coffee or a night cap and take in the ocean view.

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with everything you need: all new coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans, drinkware, plates, flatware, cooking and grilling utensils, wine and bottle openers, and much more!

The Master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king size bed, mounted Smart TV above the dresser and a large walk-in closet. The ensuite bath has granite countertops, solid-wood cabinets, double vanities and an oversized walk in shower with a separate deep soaking tub. The Master is truly a retreat with an amazing gulf view!

The Guest bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen-size bed, large walk-in closet and drawers for all your clothes. There is a smart TV with access to all your favorite apps like Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, etc. The guest bathroom is independent allowing more access to both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The guest bathroom has a shower-tub combo allowing our guests a place to rinse off the salt & sand of the day and refresh.

Last but not least, the 3rd room is a...BUNK room! Featuring a twin over twin and a twin over full, this room sleeps 5. There is a chest of drawers and cubby shelving to stash your goodies. A mounted Smart TV for movie night or gaming will have all of the kids fighting for the top bunk! This room is situated at the back of the condo away form the living room giving the occupants a peaceful rest while the adults enjoy the evening.

The condo has a in-unit stacked front loading Washer & Dryer to refresh your belongings at your convenience.

The condo comes stocked with an initial amenity package , including hotel-size shampoo/conditioner, a bar of soap, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, small dish soap, dishwasher pod, ,laundry pod and dryer sheet.

Due to COVID-19 regulations mandating professional cleaning of bedding, we have replaced the sheets and comforters with high quality 100% cotton blankets and sheets that can be laundered at high temperature for your safety. Bedding may differ from pictures.

The Alerio complex features multiple amenities to enhance your vacation experience. In addition to beach access located just a few steps away, you may enjoy a seasonally heated pool and hot tub. For the little traveler’s in your group, take advantage of the splash pad featuring LED lights in the evenings.

Dining and shopping couldn't be any closer. Walk across the street to everyone's favorite Surf Hut on the beach. If you need anything for the beach, Alvin's is next door! Just 1 mile down the road is Sugar Beach Premium Outlets, Chick-Fil-A and Winn-Dixie. Go-carts, water park and mini golfing are all 5 minutes away! Rent a boat or waverunner and take a trip to Shell or Crab Island. Baytowne Wharf and more upscale shopping and dining are located at Grand Boulevard about 5-10 minutes to the east on 98. There is truly something for everyone!

Guests will have their own unique keyless code valid only during their stay.

You will have ONE assigned parking spot inside the gated community. There is additional parking available on the street out front or at the RV park around the corner for roughly $15/day. In addition there are security guards for your enhanced safety.
