This place was just as described. Just a very short walk across the street to the beach and the street is just a 2 lane so easy to cross. There’s a coded gate to the beach so not many people in this area so no fighting for a spot! The condo is very clean and coded door makes you feel safe. Close to restaurants also. You can walk to many of them and stores also. I would stay here again!

The pool was nice and clean. The beach acess was easy.There was not a lot of cabinet space to put groceries but we made it work. There was definitely enough pans and plates etc. For the price it was worth it. We were not prepared for the construction but really was not an issue. I would recommend. Host answered any questions that we had.

Perfect for our family of 4

My kids loved the pool and we loved that we were just short walk across the street from the beach. The umbrella and chair service was a nice bonus. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect vacation get away!

We took the kids here for a fall break vacation. Had a GREAT time. Excellent location. Close to everything beach, shopping, etc... Highly recommend staying here. We will surely be back again.

Miramar Beach Getaway

Great stay at this property for a party of 2. Love the location with beach access right across the street, beach chair service waa a great perk. Several restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for us. It was so clean, had everything we needed to be able to cook at home, and plenty of room for us all. We love Gulf View, it’s a perfect location, with its own beach access. Ready to book next years trip.

Great Family Stay!

This was a great property for me and my family! Right across the street from a private beach (very short walk), never crowded or felt like you were on top of other beach goers, and the biggest win of all was having beach rental chairs already set up for you when you got down there! My two daughters loved the bunk beds and enjoyed swimming at the facility's pool. Near a lot of great dining options, but also had everything you needed to cook a meal. This was a great vacation spot for my family of four!

July 4th week

The location of this property was fantastic. The amenity of the included beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful. Being able to just walk down to the beach and not have to set anything up was great. Mark was great about fixing a few issues we had very quickly. My only suggestion would be that the condo could use a little dusting more often, but the main areas were all clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Gulfview!

We loved our stay in the Gulfview condos across from a private beach in Miramar Beach! It was a perfect location! We could see the Gulf from the balcony or living room. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. We loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub too! Communication was quick and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo!
