## Space

Close to shops, transports and animations, this flat is perfect for a stay in the capital.

This beautiful and cosy flat of 29 sq. m is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) and is composed of :
- a nice and pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with two simple beds, which can be set up as a double bed (thanks to specify when booking),
- a very well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, hair dryer, ironing facilities, baby bed,
- large closets,
- Wi-Fi, TV and fan.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: €44

→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will be provided with all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

## Neighborhood

Staying in the 10th arrondissement, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and Canal Saint-Martin, you will be in the heart of one of the capital's liveliest neighbourhoods. Numerous designer boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafés, entertainment... are all within walking distance. You can also stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin, one of the favourite spots of Parisians, especially on sunny days, or walk to the Marais, the Montorgueil district, Montmartre or even Notre-Dame. You will only need to take the metro to discover the historic centre of Paris, the Père-Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, but also the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the great monuments that make Paris the most beautiful city in the world. Finally, many restaurants and terraces are close to your flat, we recommend you La Rotonde Stalingrad, Le Point Ephémère or La Guincheuse Restaurant.

Small flat that met our needs

The apartment is small but had everything we needed for the stay. The neighborhood is metro train stations and plenty of food and drinks nearby. Was just fine for 4 people needing basic accommodations.

Excellent location

The apartment was small, but suited our family, 2 adults and 2 children. Well located near Gare du Nord plus other metro stations, so could easily get around Paris, and good link to airport. Nearby supermarket and excellent bakery just across the road. Good value for money. Would recommend.

Quiet, small, good WIFI but useless kitchen and fungus in the bathroom.

It ist a nice and quite place located near two Metro-Stations. Many nice restaurants nearby. Two hard and one soft mattress-beds. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Because the kitchen is located between two bedrooms without a extractor hood, cooking is quite smelly. The bathroom is very small without a sufficient ventilation. So we had fungus at the walls and the ceiling, we had to remove before we could use it. The ventilation in the kitchen and the bathroom needs to be improved! The housekeeper Jeremy was very kind and helpful.

Unhygenic and Unsafe

We are a family of 4 traveling from Canada to Paris and were booked for 3 nights in this property. We reached a little before midnight on June 30th 2023. We had good directions on accessing the property. Upon entry, it became apparent that the property was not maintained at all. A room had its curtain rod broken with curtain partially drawn leaving window half uncovered. This room also had the ceiling light broken with exposed wires, making it very unsafe. For light, we were provided a small LED bedside lamp. A small table fan was provided which just did not work and it was around +25C at that time. The fan did not work in the other room too. We communicated with the property manager immediately who merely said the issues are being forwarded to management !!!! We somehow passed the night in the heat with no one really sleeping. Next morning we discovered there was MOLD all over the window which was opening into the courtyard. This was too much for us ..... this property was not as advertised, was unsafe with exposed wires, and was a health hazard with MOLD in it. Other issues were an extremely dirty toilet, no towels , no coffee etc. We decided to instantly vacate the property. We informed VRBO through a phone call plus email, sent them pictures of defects and also informed property manager. Sadly, we got no feedback from either of these 2 parties. In nutshell, property is unfit for stay and best to be avoided.

Lage

Sehr praktisch gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe von zwei Metrostationen, Bäcker, Bioladen, kleiner Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt ca 45 min. Ein sehr zu empfehlender Spaziergang.

Stalingrad in Paris

Die Unterkunft war für Paris okay. Allerdings gab es leider schimmlige Stellen an den Wänden, die auch nach Kontakt mit der Agentur nicht beseitigt wurden. Das Bettzeug war solala. Die Gegend rund um die Metrostation Stalingrad ist abends mit Vorsicht zu genießen.

DÉCEPTION

Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet appartement... problème d'internet, pas d'éclairage dans la cage d'escalier, odeur nauséabonde, propreté qui laisse à désirer. Par contre, nous avons rencontré la propriétaire qui louait...personne très gentille Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Paris malgré tout, finalement, on en a ri...nous étions dans la ville lumière !!

Très bon séjour

Appartement calme donnant sur une rue très peu passante, bien agencé, fonctionnel avec des rangements. Nous étions 4. Accès très facile à 2 métros, beaucoup de commerces différents à proximité.

Nice apartment in the middle of Paris

This was a nice apartment for our short family excursion to Paris. It was great for the 2 nights that we were there, however, it was smaller than I expected. Overall, it worked well for our trip.
