The house was beautiful, the garden was, too. Great location. Communication from our hist was clear, timely and accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Host was extremely difficult to address our concerns. There were outstanding maintenance issues several of which were not satisfactorily resolved during our 39 day stay. We were dealing with Host off shore call centres. Most of the the staff had poor English making it difficult to have them understand the problems.. We were initially unable to access the property via the front door for the first 2 days of our stay (resulting is 37 days stay). A maintenance person provided access to the property on day 3.

We understand how frustrating it would have been to experience maintenance concerns during an extended stay, particularly when some issues remained unresolved to your satisfaction. While the front door access issue was ultimately resolved by a maintenance technician, we appreciate the inconvenience caused during the first few days of your stay.
