Plateausuites Montreal would like to offer two fully furnished suites (one bedroom + sitting room), totally renovated with all the modern conveniences while maintaining the charm of the century old building.
The space
Located on the 2nd floor of a two story building on quiet Gilford street (&St-Hubert), one block from the Laurier metro station and 3 blocks from the Mont Royal metro station. The trendy Laurier, Mont-Royal, St-Denis and St-Laurent streets and Mont Royal, La Fontaine and Laurier parks are all just a short walk away.

The location of our suites is absolutely wonderful, charismatic and charming, it certainly defines the true essence of the beauty of Montreal.

Suites have private entrance and private balconies and are very bright and cozy.


The amenities include:

Private bathroom with shower stall and heated floor, supplied with toilet paper, tissues, soap and towels;
Skylights in the bathrooms and entranceway;
High ceilings and bamboo floor;
Independent air-conditioning;
Hotel type kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster oven, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and towels, etc.
Double futon;
Queen size bed with high quality mattress and luxurious cotton sheets and duvet;
Shared washer/dryer and iron board;
Cable TV and wireless Internet.
For cleaning the suites we are using as much as possible environmentally-friendly materials and high-pressure steam cleaner which cleans without chemicals at all.

Free parking on a safe and quiet street.

Note: a deposit of $100 is required to confirm the reservation and as a damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
