Peaceful Retreat! Carolina Trace Home w/ Porch

Thank you very much for your nice review. This guest was so easy to work with some special concerns prior to coming. Also we appreciate some helpful suggestions provided.

We are happy you found our older house comfortable and clean, and that you had an adequate stay. We’re sorry to hear about the inconveniences you experienced, and after reviewing your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- We recently discovered that the internet speed was unexpectedly lower with our new plan, and we apologize for the impact this may have had on your stay. As of January 2nd, we've upgraded back to 500 Mbps to better support multiple users, including those working remotely.- In addition to the porch light, there is a motion-sensitive light that may have turned on and off due to windy weather. It's set to shut off automatically after about a minute, but we understand this may have been disruptive. Thanks again for your feedback so we can continue improving the guest experience!

"From the owner: Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m glad you were able to enjoy the porch views, trees, and creek. I’m sorry the plumbing issue disrupted your stay and led you to leave early. As soon as we were aware, we worked to get it resolved quickly and offered a nearby option so your day could stay on track while repairs were underway. The issue has been addressed, and I appreciate your feedback as I continue keeping the home comfortable and well cared for."
