We had a great stay here over the holidays. It was the perfect place to host our family for Christmas and our host were fantastic. We will definitely think of this place for next trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay that felt like home away from home.

Having stayed under different ownership, the improvements made were wonderful. It is August in Ontario, so bugs & spiders a plenty. We can't wait to see whats new when we come back.

This was a very nice location right on the waterfront. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and it was great having access to the barbecue. We had lots of hot water for showers. The beds were very comfortable. It was cool outside for April, so heat was appreciated. We found it a perfect place for our family to gather.

The property was very open, pleasing and comfortable for the most part. It had some lovely finishes - especially in the bathrooms, but the kitchen was very dated and the attic was open and unfinished. We also had some issues with hot water. Hosts were quick to respond.

Really cute place and not too far to drive into even the winter. They regular plow as well on the roads which is great. The place was clean and spacious for our group. It was a little drafty from the cold but otherwise pretty comfortable and clean and equipped with what you need. Well placed and designed with some minor renovations to be had. Thank you for your kindness and efforts with our group.

Had a wonderful experience having a girls celebration weekend at this lovely home. It was perfect for the six of us to spend quality time together in its bright open main floor kitchen/dining\living space. The kitchen had everything we needed with attention to detail with the little things, spices, sugar, coffee, tea and all essentials needed foe preparing meals. The dining area was set so lovely when we arrived and the big bright front porch overlooking the water was lovely. 2 bathrooms and 3 very comfy bedrooms was perfect for our group. Beds were comfy and bedding was lovely. Nice attention to detail in each room and nice towels provided for everyone. Thoughtful touches in each room to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were fabulous and extremely helpful and attentive. A great guide in the property to cover anything you needed and the check in check out was seamless. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home. We had a great experience.

The host was so communicative and accommodating. We had an amazing time. There was everything we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable and clean. It’s very buggy in the area but we had access to bug spray, a zapper and a swatter so we were good. Overall a great time!

Hi! My name is Kunyao — but you can call me Rain. I’m based in Ontario and I’ve been building hospitality and real estate projects for years, because I genuinely enjoy creating comfortable, beautiful spaces where people can slow down and reconnect.

I love small moments: a cozy morning coffee, a calm nature view, blue sky above water, sunsets reflecting off the river. Hosting lets me share these moments with others — families, friends, couples — who need that escape from the busy world.

I believe travel should feel effortless, calming, and memorable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this exact area because it’s peaceful, safe, and surrounded by nature. You’re steps away from the Grand River and close to Port Maitland Lighthouse, long scenic drives, farm stands, and fresh country air. It’s quiet at night, stars are visible, and the whole area feels like a real getaway — but still close enough to town for convenience.

It’s the kind of place where you don’t hear city noises — just wind, water, and nature.

この宿泊施設の特徴

My property is designed intentionally for relaxation and simplicity.

You get open views, natural light, spacious indoor comfort, and a stylish, modern interior — all in a private, peaceful environment surrounded by nature and water.

This is not a crowded resort or a busy motel. It's a quiet retreat where you wake up with a fresh breeze, enjoy coffee with a view, and experience slow, high-quality moments with the people you love.

Every detail is set up so guests can truly rest, recharge, and enjoy time together.
