Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your reservation. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
WATER
Being in the country, our water is in a Cistern which means that it is drinkable but limited to the holding tank. We monitor it remotely to ensure that you don’t run out however try to be mindful of your water usage. We also have a waste water holding tank (like a septic tank) so only toilet paper down the toilet please!
INTERNET
Please note that because we are in a rural town, the Internet can go out occasionally. Outages usually don't last long and don't happen that often, but it's good to be aware if you're planning to work.
CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
