The open-concept living area features large windows that fill the space with natural light, showcasing the stunning scenery outside. After a day on the slopes, gather around the fireplace or head out to the private hot tub to unwind beneath the stars.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from cookware to appliances, and the BBQ on the deck makes it easy to grill and dine with a view.
From early morning ski runs to peaceful mountain sunsets, Snowy Escape is designed for families and groups seeking the ultimate alpine getaway. Experience Big White the way it’s meant to be — relaxed, connected, and surrounded by beauty.

Happy Valley:
- Drive 2 minutes to Happy Valley lot to the ice skating rink, tube park, and Lara’s Gondola
Village Access:
- Ski to Plaza Chair
- Drive 2 minutes to Happy Valley lot and take Lara’s Gondola
- Walk 15 minutes via the cat track
- Use the shuttle every 30 minutes (confirm start date and schedule on Big White website)
Summer Access:
- The Bullet Chair is used exclusively for sightseeing and mountain biking.
PARKING
- Space for 2 vehicles in the driveway
- Overflow available nearby

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in or around the property. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon.
No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises
The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description.
Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged $200, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
