Dreamy Big White Chalet ski in/ski out with Hot Tub

Take a deep breath of fresh mountain air, and unwind at this cozy ski-in/ski-out chalet.

Located at Big White Mountain in Beautiful British Columbia, this chalet has a separate entrance, ski locker, is fully equipped, and is the perfect place for the ultimate ski/snowboard vacation. There is no one above or below you! After experiencing the infamous Okanagan Champagne Powder on the slopes, unwind in the private hot tub located on the front deck, complete with spectacular views.

The space
As you enter the chalet, there is a bench on which to sit to get your boots on and off.

There are 2 bedrooms located on the main floor. One room is furnished with a King bed, the other has Queen sized bunk beds. Both rooms have a TV. Also on the main level is a fully equipped bathroom with a bath tub.

The second level has a beautiful open concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel like you're at home. The living room has a comfy sectional and loveseat, gas fireplace, as well as a TV equipped with Chromecast and Netflix. The dining room has a large table with 7 chairs, and the island has 3 stools. There is also a cute little nook for getting some work done if required. The second level also has a half bath.

There is also a loft with a Queen bed accessed by climbing a ladder. The ladder can be folded in to avoid little ones trying to climb up.

Guest access
Let yourself directly into the unit through a separate entrance door, using the keypad on the door.
There is space for parking 2 vehicles in front of the chalet during winter and during summer or when there isn’t a ton of snow, you can squeeze in 3 mid-size vehicles. Additional parking available down the road. Please be advised hot tub is not operational during the summer season.

Nice chalet

The chalet is very nice, has everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our ski trip to Big White, the location was perfect and the communication with Maddie was excelent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay in Big White.

Nice Ski-in/out

Our host was very responsive when we had any questions about the property. Great spot for 4 individuals, two couples or a family. Ski In is good - however with fresh powder (a good problem to have!) ski-out is tricky for those on snowboards as the incline to get to the lift is low. Kitchen is nicely equipped, and gas fireplace makes the main floor cozy and comfortable.

Great family spot at Big White

Great location at Big White where you can ski down to the hill and take a trail to walk a short bit then ski to the house. Group of 6 adults and 2 kids which worked great. The hot tub was wonderful for post skiing. Fully stocked kitchen m with lots of appliances. Place was not as clean as expected and this was communicated to the host upon checkin. Seems like a dog must have stayed prior to us and we found much more dog hair around the place than should have if properly cleaned. Floors could use a good scrub with the chairs moved vs left in place to clean. Otherwise, would recommend! Shuttle stops close to house to get to the village.

Great weekend

Was a great weekend. The 2 problems we had were that we had to shovel a ton of snow to be able to get to the door to unload our stuff. Was not cleared for us. The other problem was the road getting to the place was not groomed. Could not get our trucks in the driveway. They left no room to drive down the road and could not drive in or back onto the road to turn into the driveway.

Perfect ski trip

The accommodation was ideal. Great ski cabin. Very comfortable and an ideal location for apres- especially the hot tub! The host was very accommodating and quick to reply. We will be back.

Three day ski getaway

Wonderful accommodation just as advertised. Host was available and helpful. We had a fantastic trip and would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful, quiet Big White vacation

This is a wonderful condo that easily fit our family of four adults for a ski vacation at Big White. The description is very accurate, the kitchen has everything you could ever need, the host is super responsive. At the time of writing this review there is no mountain shuttle (apparently it's been discontinued due to Covid and yet to be resumed). This means that without a car it's pretty difficult to get around. The condo is ski in ski out (with YouTube videos helping you find the best way to do so), but the grocery store (which is pretty well stocked) is quite a ways away on foot. We had a great time and would definitely come again. Thank you!

Great place to stay

Not super super close to the village so it is quite a walk, but it’s such a quiet place to stay! Beautiful home, awesome hot tub. Super clean and great communication! They have everything you need at your fingertips. Thank you guys so much. Well worth it!! We will be back ☺️

Excellent Place and Excellent Host

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful Big White Chalet and we plan to visit it again! It was a perfect size, it was clean, it had a great hot tub and the ski in/ski out was very easy. The host was very friendly and helpful and communicated very promptly. I highly recommend.

Awesome Ski in/Ski out location

We stayed at this property for our annual ski trip. The place was perfect! You can literally ski down to the lifts from your front door. Skiing back takes a bit more focus, but is still very easy if you want to stop by mid day. The entrance way is perfectly designed with a large bench to get ready as well as multiple hooks to let gear dry after the day on the slopes. There is a ski locker to keep your gear outside as well as a washer and dryer if needed. Each area has their own thermostat so you can control the desried temperature as needed. The private hot tub is another reason we chose this as there are few better reliefs for sore muscles after a ski day. Having only one shower was a bit inconvenient, but we had no issues. The location was VERY quiet. We didn't hear a thing from neighbors or traffic. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the property. A perfect place for a ski getaway.

Maddie’s place was clean, well equipped, well located … everything we needed. Loved the power reclining chairs after a long day on the slopes. Communication was top-notch too. Would definitely rent again.

We loved our stay!

This was a very easy rental - communication with owner, follow up, check in emails from owner about how our stay was going, etc. The condo was clean, well furnished and met our needs. The ski in/ski out could not be beat! It is (as the map shows) away from the village a bit but that suited us. We could ski to village and drive there in 3 minutes if needed, but we had more quiet. The mountain is fabulous! Had a great time all around.
