This well-equipped and attractively appointed tiny home/pod sits in a gorgeous location on a ridge, overlooking valleys, rolling hills, farmland and, in the distance, mountains. We watched the sunset from a picnic table a few metres behind our pod and the sunrise from our very comfortable and cosy bed! We enjoyed a pre-dinner drink sitting and watching the flames dance in a firebin a few metres from the pod's deck. The mist in the valley was a beautiful sight in the morning. After breakfast we walked up the track from our pod to Kia-Ora lookout, affording us with stunning views over the district. Our host Bev chose not to disturb us upon our arrival but was friendly and welcoming (along with her two dogs!) when we chatted in the morning.
