Our 3rd floor unit gives villa side perks with gorgeous beach and sunset views. Completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath golf villa. Both bedrooms very spacious with 1 queen-size bed and 1 full-size bed. Living room complete with a sleeper sofa.
Some extras we're proud to share: electrical outlets with USB ports and LED nightlights, 65in TV in the main living space, 50in TVs in both bedrooms, and a foot prop/cubby for easy shaving in the large walk-in shower.
The unit is on the top/3rd floor (no elevator) and only a short walk to the beach over the pedestrian bridge. You also have the option to take the golf cart shuttle service over the bridge to the lagoon pool area. Convenient shuttle stop right outside our door.

**Guests must register prior to arrival through Edgewater's registration website. There is resort fee of $50 per stay and includes 1 car pass. Additional passes can be purchases for an additional charge. The primary guest must be 25+ years old.
