Welcome to Grand Panama 1003! You will love this delightful condo directly on the sparkling Gulf shores!
Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.

Our beachfront unit #1-1003 is on the 10th floor in the gulf front tower, with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.

This unit has been completely redecorated this year with NEW and FRESH designer furniture and bedding.

This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table. The balcony in this unit is spacious and the views are fantastic.

This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including a massive pool and hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips.

This unit has a gulf front King Master with Balcony access and ensuite bath

Generous balcony with commanding gulf views.

This unit is located direct beachfront in tower one, on the 10th floor, gulf front tower 1.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.

Good location! Great view! Very uncomfortable couch & chair. We put pillows on them to make them better. Other than that bed was great! TV’s were fantastic. Kitchen was furnished exceptionally!

Such a cute unit. Great layout. Loved Loved Loved the huge balcony. Gulf front pool was a hit with the kiddos The tiki bar makes GREAT bloody Marys.. just sayin' Warren Beach Rentals group was easy to work with and made everything stress free and easy. Cant wait to come back.

Relaxing getaway!

The Grand Panama is very nice resort. The parking garage is very easy to park in. We have stayed here before (different condo) the condos are very roomy with nice balconies. The kitchen was very equipped with plenty of utensils. The beds & baths were nice. Definitely a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. However, upon first arriving the condo smelled of urine. I understand this to a point due to it being dog-friendly, but it was strong! There were also red stains in multiple places throughout the condo (i.e. couch, beach chair and a bed spread. The dining room chandelier needs to be mounted back to the ceiling. It is hanging down about 2 inches. Sadly, the dishwasher ran, but did not clean the dishes. We ran it 3 times before leaving.....You may need to consider a different cleaning company and speak to maintenance. Have to say I was disappointed...

Overall was a nice stay. Condo was a little less clean/comfort than condos we have had in the past years at the Grand Panama. Needs carpet removed in the master bedroom. Unit had a smell that we have never experienced before? All in all it did the job as we enjoyed our stay! Will choose another condo unit for our next stay. Either ones from the past or another unit?!

Fantastic!

I doubt that you can find a better place to stay while visiting Panama City Beach. The unit was super clean and well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and relax. It offers convenient parking and access to the pool and beach. The views from the large balcony are amazing! The resort itself is very nice, laid back and secure. It's conveniently located to everything the area has to offer, but is not in the busiest/party areas of the beach. Communication with our host was terrific, and everything about renting this property was seamless. We highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama. This unit was very spacious and had a great patio, lots of space and a great view. The pool was very good, the pool bar was also very good. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants, lots to do. The unit was clean and comfortable. We cooked several days during our stay, kitchen was well stocked. The condo is dog friendly, our little guy enjoyed many naps on the patio. Beach is not dog friendly but there is a small dog section about 3 miles down the road.

For the most part it was good. There was a foul smell in the main area. Management came to check it out. They told me the property was recenrly painted. I don't think that was the smell. It smelled like urine in my opinion.

Awesome property. Very accurate description. Unit looked exactly like the pictures. Booking and check in process were super easy. Parking passes super easy. Ample parking even though there were multiple spaces blocked off and not available for parking. could use more luggage carts. Elevators were great. Pool area great. Only complaint and it really had nothing to do with this unit - but couldnt sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views because of the heavy smell of weed. Everytime we went outside - thats all you smelled. again = that isnt the fault of the unit itself - more of an entire property problem - would definitely stay there again

Won't return during summer

Condo was very nice, but the property is way too big for the space on the beach. 299 units in 2 towers. Elevators were the slowest I've ever encountered. Only 1 shower coming up from the beach and lines to rinse off are horribly long. 1 of 3 elevators in tower 1 was not working for a week. We won't return to this resort. We felt as if we spent way too much time waiting for elevators. It really put a damper on our trip. VERY FRUSTRATING.

You are right. This is an extremely nice condo. It has been reviewed often, all with 5 star reviews.. Guests love this unit and its one of the nicest at Grand Panama. So, lets do a little fact checking on your review. There is only one tower on the beach with 198 units, so, lets get that correct. The second tower is across the street and has nothing to do with any elevators. In the summer, there can be a wait at an elevator, and yes, you go to a high rise condo in PCB in the summer, there will be lots of folks there on vacation. There are shower points all along the path to from the beach to the pool and to give this particular owner a 2 star review on their condo because you had to wait from time to time at an elevator and share a shower on the way back from the beach is downright mean. They deserve better. This condo is really very nice, and the resort is very nicely run and one of the more popular in all of the Gulf Coast.

We enjoyed our family time

Overall, we had a great vacation. We extended our trip to 12 days this year, and I’m glad we did. It allowed us to slow down, and really enjoy our time spent at the condo, and doing activities in PCB. The condo was decorated really beautifully, and is a good size for the 4 of us, and our dog (which is a HUGE plus that they’re pet friendly) I do have a few small complaints, such as the area on the beach that looks like a huge canal. The listing doesn’t show this, and I had personally never seen it before. Had we known it was right there where we walk out to the beach, I don’t know that we would have booked it, honestly. It got deeper by the day, and was a huge hazard for our small kids. (I know this is not the property managers fault) Majority of the place was stocked well, but we did have to purchase items for the kitchen to get through. The pool was closed 4 days on our trip, which was a nuisance because our children are small, and wanted to swim in the pool. They do have a second pool in tower 2 though, that we were welcomed to use, if we wanted to make the walk, so that’s more of a convenience thing also. Everything was really clean, staff was nice and you always saw them working or cleaning during your stay. There is a little store and coffee shop across the street, which was super convenient. We loved the area of town, it’s a little slower paced down at this end, which is great. Our last day, as we were packing, the cleaning people let themselves in our room at 8:30 am, while we were still packing up. Checkout states it’s at 10:00 am, so we were a little surprised to see someone walking into the place we were staying with their own code. These are little things, that could easily be corrected to make this place 5 stars every time. Overall, we really did enjoy our vacation, and always love our time in PCB. Thank you
