STEMWINDER #6A - 3 BEDROOM +, 2.5 BATHS - BEDDING: MASTER BR Pillowtop King Bed - Flat Screen TV and attached Master Bath, BR #2 Pillowtop Full Bed, BR #3 Full Bed. PLUS: Bonus Sleeping area with bunk beds. 60" Flat Screen with BluRay, and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Ski storage entry. Wood Fireplace Wood Fireplace (wood provided outside building key will be in the unit) Walk out the door, you're on the slopes. Stemwinder #6A is designed for 2 families with a bunch of energetic kids. Spacious on 3 floors, everybody can spread out. Non-skiers can watch the skiing from the windows in the Living Room.

~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
