We are the only villa rentals with full-time, onsite staff. At any other vacation rental, you self-check in and are on your own for the duration, not so with us. Our team includes caretakers, housekeepers, cooks, an IT expert & dedicated concierges; service fees may apply. Staff monitors our guest assistance line 365 days a year. We can assist with all aspects: grocery stocking, transport, all meals, restaurants, and unmatched touring itineraries. Opportunities for onsite activities are endless: daily cleaning, yoga, private trainers, massage, chefs, bartenders, tastings, classes of all types... We can unabashedly promise trips of a lifetime. When assistance is needed, our caretaker shows up in person within minutes—unlike other rentals, where assistance is only available by phone or an app(!).

BEST VIEWS IN THE WINE COUNTRY
This is readily verified: at the top of the world-famous Spring Mountain appellation, on the 2-county line, guests have views into both famous valleys from this singular location. Equidistant from the center of either valley floor, 22 minutes, there is no need to choose between the 2 famous valleys and all they have to offer, as our guests can have both. Award-winning wineries are mere minutes from our property. 1.2 hours from the Golden Gate Bridge.

We have access to nearby rural event facilities and wineries, or can help you locate a private backroads venue of choice ~ ideal for corporate meetings, dinner parties, and private celebrations.

CHECK-IN is 4:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT is 11:00 a.m.
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but cannot guarantee availability before the day of arrival or departure. Must be at least 30 years old. This is a combined listing of multiple properties. Stays of 31 days or longer; happy to quote longer.

ACCOMMODATION NOTES
~ This is a rural property, a working ranch with livestock located among world-famous vineyards
~ Depending on the number of rooms rented, lodging can be spread across multiple buildings; a car may be preferred
~ In the rainy season (typically mid Nov to Apr), outdoor furniture is not set up, pool cushions are stored, and the gardens are naturally dormant. The vanishing-edge pool cannot have a cover and is solar-heated, only a cold plunge in the winter months. Rates are deeply discounted around the rainy season.
~ Up to 6 cars may access the estate
~ No unapproved day guests or parties; all vendors must be preapproved

AIRPORTS ~ A WORD TO THE WISE
We are 90 minutes from the international airports of San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento; typically longer with traffic. We strongly recommend using the regional airport in Santa Rosa, 35 minutes from the house. This saves a combined 4 hours round-trip and avoids endless concourses; overall, a more pleasant transit even with connections.
