Had an amazing weekend!

I booked this property for my boss, his wife and their friends to celebrate her 60th birthday. It was absolutely perfect - stunning property, centrally located and Jess the house manager was wonderful to work with. they also had a full list of external amenity recommendations during their stay (the chef was FANTASTIC). I would book this property again for my boss if they ever wanted to go back,

Great family getaway

The house is really beautiful and is very well maintained. Jess the host was always very nice and answered all our questions on time. We took our chef and it was a great experiencia over all.Spectacular property!

Lovely Wine Country Retreat!

We celebrated my husband's 55th birthday with close friends at Vine & Rose and it exceeded expectations. The rooms were all private and nicely appointed, the chef recommendation was superb, and the communication was easy and responsive.

Amazing Property!

Staying at the Vine and Rose was an amazing experience! We had a terrific dinner party at the massive dining table to celebrate a 60th Birthday and wonderful friends to enjoy the property with. The rooms were great, the kitchen is an awesome hang out spot, and the property has so many things to do that you don't want to leave. We highly recommend this property!

Serene and spectacular

As other reviewers have said, this house and property are beautiful and extraordinary. It is evident that there has been so much thought and care put into the design and decoration of the home. We had family from both sides join for a thanksgiving trip and couldn’t have had a better experience. There is plenty of room for everyone to have privacy, and the many communal spaces are ideal gathering spots for games, drinks, cooking, movies, swimming, grilling, etc. We truly had multiple cooks in the kitchen at any given time, and no one felt crowded or unequipped. When in doubt of what to do with so many fabulous options, simply walk the grounds and enjoy the stunning scenery. Thank you!

Amazing location, great property

Overall an amazing property, very well kept, fully of total luxury. The check in process was a bit overwhelming but that’s because we did not follow online instructions provided and that the property is huge. Great experience, will definitely come back!

Spectacular venue for a family gathering

This was a breathtaking property with so much eye candy. And the amenities are plentiful. Also, the instructions for how to use things there were clear and easy. Just a really beautiful villa with amazing views.

Successful offsite at stunning house and incredible location!

We had a work offsite at this location for a couple nights and the experience was spectacular. The layout really facilitated a work atmosphere as the rooms were all private, with their own bathrooms, and the kitchen was well away from the living rooms/dining room so that food preparation sounds were not a distraction. The grounds are beautiful and conducive to some nice walks. The communication with the property manager was extremely fast and helpful, truly the most responsive host I have ever talked to. We didn't take advantage of any of the nearby restaurants, but bustling downtown Calistoga was only about a 5min drive away. Cleanup and checkout was extremely simple and user friendly. I could not rate this any higher!

Breathtaking house, property and overall experience

The house and property were amazing. We had a small group of family and friends stay for a long weekend and everyone had an amazing experience. We hired chefs to come cook for us and both commented how easy it was to cook and serve our group 14) guests. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to accomodate much larger groups than ours. Overall our experience was a 10+. Before, during and after our stay, Jess, the house manager, was extremely responsive to our questions and make our trip seamless. Thank you Vine and Rose! We hope to be back soon!

A Special Place!

Hard to capture in a photograph how beautiful this property really is. The design is perfect for a family retreat, which we enjoyed for six nights. The way this very large house is layer out - bedrooms exist quietly away from the kitchen and movie theatre. The grounds are amazing even though we went off-season without the green grape vines. Jess was great. Highly recommend for an unforgettable trip.

Wonderful getaway

The host was kind and took the time to show us around. This property sits in the middle of a vineyard and is extremely quiet. The pool area is amazing. Plenty of space for large groups but also works for a single family.
