The building is classic retro 1970’s when they built them large – this apartment is a whopping 170m2!
Outside, is manicured gardens and lawns maintained with love by the long-term residents within this quiet small-knit community feel.
• Curl up on the couch, with Aircon & Stream your favourites (Netflix / apps access) on the 55’ Smart TV in the lounge
• Connect to the Lightning-fast WiFi (100Mbps down) + setup your Home Office on the dining table.
• Cook up a storm in the fully equipped large Kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
