The Space:
The ground floor welcomes you with a modern open-plan layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas connect seamlessly. Large sliding glass doors open onto a private outdoor patio with decking and artificial turf, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow that’s ideal for relaxed mornings, casual afternoons, or firing up the BBQ.
Inside, the living area is styled for comfort with two leather sofas, a smart TV, and air-conditioning to keep the space comfortable year-round. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, featuring a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster. The dining area sits alongside, making shared meals and conversation effortless. Upstairs, the sleeping spaces and main bathroom are thoughtfully arranged for privacy and comfort.
Bedroom 1 (Primary): A spacious retreat with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and sliding doors that open onto the front balcony.
Bathroom 1: Newly renovated and featuring a double vanity, shower, bath, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: A bright, coastal-style room with a queen bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, ceiling fan, and sliding doors to the front balcony.
Bedroom 3: A comfortable room ideal for two children, complete with a single and a trundle bed, a wardrobe cupboard, and a ceiling fan.
Laundry: Conveniently located downstairs, the laundry includes a front-loading washing machine, sink, and an additional toilet.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire two-storey townhouse, single garage and private patio area. There is also free street parking available in the court.

Positioned roughly halfway between Maroochydore and Noosa Heads, this beachside town is an ideal spot to explore the Sunshine Coast with family and friends. With grassy foreshore areas, family-friendly parks, and calm, sparkling waters, your days in Coolum are destined to be spent making the most of the great outdoors.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 11-minute walk (800m) to David Low Way where the bus can be caught to Coolum Beach, Noosa (northbound) and the Airport, Maroochydore (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs, 1 maximum - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This townhouse is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
