BRAND NEW SALT WATER POOL+ HEATED SPA
Welcome to the cozy town of Vero Beach! Pristine beaches, various nature/ wildlife to explore, boutique shopping, and diverse cuisine await you. Florida's top attractions just a short drive away! This 3 bed/ 2 bath renovated home has been thoughtfully designed so you can settle in and relax right away! Stay for a week, a month, or a season- this inviting retreat is ready to enjoy!

Heating charges may apply for heating the pool/spa over the winter months.

Property Description:
2 Living spaces (1 with fold out Q/Bed)
Spacious kitchen with all supplies.
Primary Bedroom: King size bed with Pack N Play in closet.
Bedroom2: King size bed.
Den/Bedroom 3: 1 single bed pull out and 1 queen murphy bed pull out. (Both can be used at the same time if needed.)
"Florida Room": Secondary living space and a queen pull out bed.
2 bathrooms, 1 shower only & 1 shower/tub combo. both are equipped with shower necessities, hair dryer and linens.
Screened-In pool enclosure features a flat top grill, multiple lounge areas, large dining table and in-table firepit.
Outdoor recreational items provided in the garage: 4 bicycles, beach equipment and lawn games.

Fantastic house--we have stayed in a lot of rentals and this house was by far the best stocked house we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need is there, coolers, beach chairs, kitchen essentials, etc. The host was extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay & wish we could have stayed longer. The house is beautifully decorated! Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Loved the outdoor area with hot tub & pool! The host responds quickly to messages.

The house is great! It’s thoughtfully set up for guests, with plenty of towels/linens and a fully stocked kitchen, making the stay easy and comfortable. Management was responsive and timely :) We really enjoyed our stay — only wished it was longer!

Excellent and beyond

A well appointed abode, full of surprises and convenience for a holiday. Great pool and hot tub. The owners have put a great deal of thought into the decor and the place is delightful. We have been coming to this area for the last 20 years and this is the best yet! A big thank you to the owners.

Beautiful home and location!

We loved our week here. The home is like new and it was stocked with everything we needed. It was super clean, organized and a very safe neighborhood. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable! We will be back and will recommend this home to our friends and family. Thank you!

The house was large and well appointed with a beautiful master bath. The pool/spa area was very private with plenty of seating in the lanai. Lots of towels (bath and beach) were available. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of cookware, dishes, drinkware and utensils. My only gripe was that the dryer took forever to dry. Probably need to check the exterior exhaust lint trap.Nice location for visiting our daughter, son in law and two grandkids. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful home

Overall we were happy with the home and pool. It is the only home we have stayed in where there was a daily charge for heating the pool. We paid it but I found that quite odd. It is in a nice neighborhood and is close to the beach. The pool heat charge is the only negative. Kitchen has everything needed for prepairing meals and there are ample towels, wash clothes, etc. Would recommend

Perfect

This place had everything we needed! They thought about it all. They had a step stool in case you had little ones that needed to get to the counter tops. They had beach and pool toys. Chairs for the beach with wagon to put it all in. It had different types of coolers. Tons of dishes and cooking ware. They had bikes if you wanted to go for a little bike ride. Just bring your clothes and enjoy yourself. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were extremely nice.
