★ The Living Room includes a quality Sofa Bed. There is an additional charge of $35 per day for using the sofa bed. Please update your booking to maximum guests so the system can apply the sofa bed fee automatically. If you’d like to use it, kindly let us know in advance and we will prepare and make it up for your stay.

Inductions can only be conducted Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
If you plan to visit the apartment, please make sure to complete the induction during this time.

• Parties and events are strictly not permitted at any time.
• Please note that air-con is in the living room area only, bedroom has tower fans and portable heaters.
· Trigger of smoke alarm could lead to hefty fine.
· Replacement for loss of key is $300/set.

Please read through the information below before your check-in:

- Parties, events, loud music and noise are strictly not permitted at any time.

- No heavy-duty cooking. Trigger of smoke alarm could lead to hefty fine payable by guests.

- Replacement for loss of key is $300/set.

- Please remember to keep SAUNA and STEAM door closed at all times while using and close sauna door promptly upon entry/exit. In the case you fail to do so, the heat/steam might trigger the fire/smoke alarm, charge from FRV(Fire Rescue Victoria) could be anywhere between $3,000-6,000, in which the total amount will be on charged to the responsible.

- Please DO NOT remove, rearrange, or replace any FURNITURES, HOMEWARES, or ITEMS in the property or public area in the building. Labour fees and damages will be charged to the responsible.

🔒 Access to the pool and gym requires completion of a mandatory induction
🕘 Induction is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at the concierge
📱 Guests must scan a QR code and complete a short online form (approx. 5 minutes)
⏳ Waiting time may apply if others are completing the induction
❗ If induction cannot be completed during these hours, amenities access is not guaranteed (no exceptions under building rules)
📅 Weekend-only stays or guests unable to attend during weekday hours will not have access to the pool or gym
