What you encountered is not typical and certainly not acceptable. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and for sending photos. This has been escalated to both our cleaning and pest control teams for immediate inspection and resolution. We also apologize that you did not receive a timely explanation or follow-up during your stay. That’s not the level of communication we strive to provide, and we are addressing this internally to ensure better responsiveness in the future.
