Waldenbrook is a peaceful country escape just five minutes from Berry village. Nestled in a private valley surrounded by lush gardens and a meandering creek, this architect designed home offers space, light and complete relaxation.

Floor to ceiling windows connect the indoors to the gardens, while the open plan living area features polished concrete floors, a marble kitchen and a Cheminee Philippe fireplace. The home opens to a large terrace with outdoor dining and views across the lawns and gardens, perfect for lazy lunches or evenings under the stars.

There is a movie room with Foxtel and Apple TV (including Netflix and Kayo), plus a ping pong table and board games for downtime. The master suite includes bifold doors to the garden and a spa bath overlooking the valley.

Bedroom 1: King with ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: Two doubles with ensuite
Bedroom 4: King and two singles (or four singles)

Maximum 10 guests, no more than 8 adults. Tesla charger available. Firewood supplied Easter to October.

Breathtaking

A breathtaking property with everything you need for a weekend retreat. Grounds are spectacular and the house is superbly appointed. We had a fabulous weekend away, was very hard to leave!

Wonderful peaceful vacation

Beautiful house. Lots of beds. Basketball, cricket, table tennis. Walks in the grounds. Babbling brook. Great for large gatherings. Will be going back.

OUTSTANDING RELAXING AND WAY BEYOND EXPECTATION

This house is something else. The photos doesn’t do it or the grounds justice. It was INCREDIBLE relaxing. The accomodation excellent, outdoors beyond manicured perfection. Media room brilliant. THANKYOU.

Fabulous Luxurious Property

Has a lovely weekend away with my extended family celebrating birthday milestones. Beautiful property with top of the range facilities and everything you need provided. The setting is peaceful and serene with a beautiful brook on the property. Our only complaint/suggestion would be clearer instructions on how to use the Theatre room and the appliances in the kitchen (I.e the Miele Steamer Oven) w s to include a microwave.) Overall we loved the property!

The perfect place to unwind and so much more

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Waldenbrook, everything was amazing - the home, presentation, furnishings, layout, inclusions, comfort, gardens, location, views the list goes on. We celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday .. the property was perfect for our family get together. The weather forecast was rain, the open layout of the home allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without getting wet, the large open glass doors gave uninterrupted views of the beautiful gardens and surrounds from every area of the home. The kitchen was fully equipped above beyond, the cinema room was exceptional, the ambience of the fireplace and relaxing lounges so peaceful. So many unforgettable memories created.

Possibilities

Beautiful home and setting but we did have a few hiccups … Foxtel man was there for over 3 hours BBQ ran out of gas and spare was empty A compendium with all instructions on how to work appliances would have been appreciated

Hi Michele, Thank you for your review and apologizes for the inconvenience. We did advise and ask before allowing the Foxtel man to attend. The BBQ gas is an over site and we would also be more then happy to reimburse the gas refill. There is a green compendium at the entry table with a lot of instructions.
