We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is great and the whole property was family friendly. The outdoor pool and hot tub are particularly nice for a young family.

We had an excellent stay. Our hosts were very responsive and the apartment is impeccable. Beautiful views and lots off facilities to use. Great location too away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Parksville.

We had a great stay - the spot is beautiful with loads of amenities. The unit has all you need for the stay, nice views. The outdoor hot tub and gas fire pits were quite special. Short drive to Parksville and other sites. The trip exceeded our expectations. The hosts were lovely to deal with. Would def recommend.

We stayed at this unit as well as their adjoining suite for two nights with our dogs and kids. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating as we were getting married and having our reception at this resort.Check in was easy and check out. They had everything we needed for making meals and towels for swimming. (One point that was not an issue shampoo/conditioner or body soap is not supplied, I am guessing due to guest allergies).Location had an ocean view that was spectacular!!The indoor pool is lovely and the outside grotto was magical!We would a 100% recommend staying at this accommodation!Thank you Matt for the amazing stay!!

The only good experience we had was communicating with the host. The location was amazing however the stay was unpleasant. The unit needs updates especially with noise reduction and cleanliness. Lastly, if we are charged the cleaning fee, we should not be asked to start the laundry and dishwasher and take the trash out. There is also an issue with safety. Will not stay here again and do not recommend it. Not trust based on personal safety.

I am surprised by this review, we responded to guest multiple times before the stay and during with no concerns other than some noise. Any safety issues would be addressed immediately ‘IF’ brought to our attention. We supply dishwasher & laundry pods, so we do ask guests to press a button & start them prior to our cleaner arriving.

Lovely condo, clean, excellent communication with host. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, pots/pans and utensils was appreciated. Property is located right near the bay, water views from condo directly as well as walking accessible to bay. Rocky beach area so nowhere to really sit along the water but the terrace along the path had chairs to relax in. Easy check- in and easy to follow check-in/check-out instructions to follow. Enjoyed our stay!
