Super cute, modern studio in Fruit & Nut, a true sanctuary by the Bay.

This renovated, modern studio is located in Fairhope’s premier Fruit and Nut district. It’s only three blocks from Mobile Bay, with pier access for fishing, swimming, or catching incredible sunsets. You can walk to downtown Fairhope in minutes for shopping and dining. This 400 sq ft studio is located behind a main house, surrounded by a lush landscape. The studio has clean, white linens on the bed, a full sized fridge, microwave, and access to a gas grill. We have a paddle board and a 6-seater golf cart for rent. You’ll have access to flat screen tv (w/Roku), wireless internet, Google devices, a large covered porch with giant fans, an open patio for al fresco dining, Come stay, relax, and see all Fairhope has to offer!

Perfect spot in Fairhope

We had a lovely stay in Fairhope at this simple, very attractive VRBO. Beautiful neighborhood location. Easy to walk to downtown, where we enjoyed the Arts Festival, and to the bay, parks and restaurants. Easy communication with the host. Will be back!

A Perfect Couples Weekend Getaway!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this bungalow for 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend and loved every minute. It’s really beautiful, inside and out. The patio is huge and overlooks a very pretty back yard with flowers and plants everywhere! The inside was decorated nicely and very cozy….just the right size for a couple looking to relax for a few days. The AC works great, which is important in the summer! We loved the location too, just a short ride to everything around. Honestly, everything was perfect from the fresh flowers on the patio table to the comfy bungalow itself. We rented the golf cart that was available during our stay and had a blast exploring Fairhope for the first time. We will definitely be back! Ashley was a wonderful host and I can’t say enough good things about her or this property. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Absolutely fantastic stay. My wife and I were made to feel so welcome by the hosts. Everything and everyone was wonderful. The property was ideally located for downtown Fairhope and the beach equally. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area

Anniversary trip

Our stay was perfect. We were looking for rest and relaxation, we found it here. The porch was perfect for reading, dinning and enjoying conversations. Biking the coast line was an added bonus!

Nice getaway in Fairhope

Very clean, quiet, comfortable space for two in a nice area well located for a weekend in Fairhope. The backyard and patio are lovely. The host was very kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything was beautiful and flawless! We even had a bottle of Pinot waiting on us. The Bungalow and porch are both even more beautiful than the pics. And Ashley couldn’t have been a more gracious property owner. We can highly recommend! And truly - walking distance from the water and downtown. Perfect location.

Beautiful Fairhope Bungalow

My husband and I evacuated here for Hurricane Ida. Ashley and her husband could not have been more gracious hosts. They were warm and welcoming. This little bungalow is perfect for a couple wanting to experience the beautiful town of Fairhope. Cannot say enough good things about this location, space and host!

Lovely Property in a Great Location

Lovely property in a great location. I was able to bike to the the Grand Hotel easily, and the bay was just a short walk away. It was also very close to town. This is an ideal place for one or two people who want to explore Fairhope. The host was very responsive to any and all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

Location was very convenient to downtown Fairhope and the bay. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed for the getaway. Great covered back porch for relaxing. Bicycles were also included in the rental fee. Property owners also have a golf cart available to rent that we took full advantage of. We could easily get around town with it. Very nice property and vacation area.
