気になった点 : 清潔度
The unit is beautifully decorated. The furniture (sofa, chairs) and beds were very comfortable. The view is fantastic and I enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck and I was very happy there are screens on the windows. The amenities are very good. The unit could have used more cleaning. The towels and the top sheet in the master room had a moldy smell. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer with laundry soap and I washed the towels and sheets. Both bathrooms were missing a bathmat to step on when getting out of the shower/tub. Since the house rules are to wash and put away dishes before leaving, I washed all of the silverware and main dishes when I arrived just in case the people before me were in a hurry to leave. The toaster oven should be replaced, the cord is a little melted and there is corrosion on the backside so I didn’t use it.

We're glad you loved the decor, comfortable furniture, and that fantastic view from the deck. We're sorry to hear about the moldy smell in the towels and master sheets — we'll check the towels ourselves and talk with the housekeeper about this. We'll also replace the toaster oven given the melted cord and corrosion, and we'll take care of getting bathmats back in both bathrooms. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
