Back to Base is a countryside guesthouse with stunning views of Kootenay Lake and Mount Loki, located 35 km from Nelson, BC.

It’s an ideal place for remote work, relaxation, and wellness practices such as massage.

The Beide booking option includes two private bedrooms—one with a Queen size bed and one with a single bed and a futon—and a bathroom with bath that is shared between the two rooms. The rooms are on the main floor with direct access to a shared living room with a fireplace, perfect for groups of up to 4 people and guests who enjoy socializing by the fire.

All guests may use the shared vegan kitchen and the outdoor BBQ area for fish and meat dishes. The house also offers a home theater and a sauna when available.

Nearby are provincial parks, hiking trails, historic Nelson with great restaurants, hot springs, and the Whitewater ski resort.

Please note: in winter, if snowfall is heavy, a 4WD vehicle may be required.
