This condo offers an incredible beachfront locale, three TVs, and a balcony boasting sweeping views of the Gulf. As part of the community at Suntide III, you'll enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a sauna, and a gym.

City/town permit number: 2023-0719 | No Pets Allowed | Outdoor Pool Closed for Repairs (September 2026-March 2027)

Unwind on the brand-new furniture and watch a movie on the 50-inch cable TV in the remodeled living area. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar with new chairs. Concoct a crisp beverage at the wet bar and relax on the balcony with stunning Gulf views. Guests of the primary bedroom will appreciate the newly remodeled en suite bathroom.

*** CONSTRUCTION & OUTDOOR POOL CLOSURE NOTICE ***

Suntide III will be undergoing a building restoration and spalling repair project from September 21, 2026 through March 19, 2027

Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time
