Walk to everything from this cozy cottage located in the heart of Lakeland's Dixieland Historic District! Enjoy exploring the area while taking in the sights around town and making your way through charming cafes, shops, and eateries. Family-friendly Bonnet Springs is just a short drive away. When you're not out and about, take a load off on the screened porch or stretch out for some leisurely outdoor living in the large, fully fenced-in backyard.

While vintage charm abounds around the home's exterior, the interior is a model of modern design and comfort. Unique touches throughout the home serve to showcase and highlight the city's local businesses and landmarks, adding an added depth of local flavor. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances makes it easy to whip up all your favorite home-cooked meals. An updated sofa and Smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime. Updated bedding and a Smart TV in each bedroom provide an added dose of private comfort and convenience. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. A deluxe Blackstone grill sets the stage for family barbecues.

Our stay was very nice. The house was beautiful, better than expected.. had a fenced in yard for our dogs. They let us bring all three dogs, two elder and a small one. The folks where very helpful in keeping us up to date on any problems that needed to be told. We had none..

Wonderful!

The house was so nicely appointed! Only thing it missed was a Mr Coffee sort of brewer ( not a Keurig fan). And that’s barely worth mentioning. Will definitely book again!

Beautifully updated

We really liked everything about our stay. The kitchen was fabulous and we cooked all the time. There was one feature that disappointed greatly. I was looking forward to the screened in front porch but instead of screen it was plastic and became unbearably hot so you couldn’t sit out there.

Nice but lacking care

Worth the money but…. Tub doesn’t drain, No covers for beds other than a bedspread and the yard needs some TLC.

Bungalow perfection

Home was extremely clean, updated yet keeping the historic charm. Great location as described for shopping, eating and strolling the neighborhood and park. Comfortable furniture, beds and AC. The large fenced yard, outdoor patio and enclosed front poach were great relaxation zones. Highly recommend this home
