Clean and many amenities. Pool area was large and nice. Host correspondence was great. We didn’t have a pet but the property would have been great for pets.

Property was okay. Not very clean overall, the shower heads do not put off good pressure, beds are pretty uncomfortable, there was just pool equipment and things laying around when we got there. Furniture was dirty and chewed up, and the neighbors were up partying loudly till 2-3 in the morning. Not the best location.

We're glad the property was okay for you. We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests, and we have followed up with our team to ensure the indoor and outdoor spaces meet our high standards. While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattresses didn't meet your preferences. We have not had any complaints or issues with the shower heads or the condition of the furniture. Unfortunately, although we work hard to provide a great environment for all guests, external factors like the neighbors are simply out of our control.

Our host Debbie was excellent! Easy to communicate, easy to accommodate our last minute change of plans to stay an extra day; she worked tirelessly to make it happen. The home was clean, everything we needed was there and it was very comfortable. Our Golden Retriever loved that she could run around the fenced yard - even if the dog next door wasn’t too sure about her. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable place. The house was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, which immediately made us feel at ease. The beds were spotless and very well maintained, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and preparing meals simple and convenient. Although we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay, it was still very pretty and clearly well cared for, adding to the overall charm of the property. The neighborhood and the home itself felt very safe and secure, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this was a lovely, well-kept home, and we would absolutely recommend it to others and happily stay here again.This host was amazing with great communication!

We had a blast with the kiddos floating around in the pool and it was a short drive over to legoland.

The owner and host was extremely communicative. The house overall was clean and well stocked. We did have to go purchase additional bath towels since we didn’t have enough, only to later find that they were left in the dryer and not provided to us upon check-in. The pictures on the listing show a game table. There is no game table available at this house any longer which disappointed our family. The worst part about this house is something that the owner cannot control. The neighbor in the immediate rear plays music that the entire neighborhood can hear from about 2 PM to 9 PM every single night. It makes it unbearable to enjoy the backyard. The AC unit does not properly make the house comfortable. The front of the house and the living quarters is freezing. The bedrooms are hot. The ceiling fan in the one bedroom cannot be used because it is about to fall out the ceiling if you turn it on. There’s not one single curtain in the house, even though the pictures show them. Curtains would certainly help the rooms to keep cooler. Overall for the price, the house met expectations and the owner was very friendly. We had to ask about the pool cleaning after some good storms and the came quickly.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the bath towels; additional towels had been laundered but were inadvertently left in the dryer prior to your arrival. The game table was unfortunately damaged during severe weather and has been removed, and Evolve has been asked to update the listing accordingly. We also appreciate you bringing the ceiling fan to our attention, and it will be repaired. While we work hard to provide a great experience for all guests, external factors like neighboring noise are outside of our control, though the owner has reported the issue to local authorities. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the home's temperature and window coverings and will review these concerns. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Great vacation!

I cannot say enough about how accommodating and welcoming the owner was. She answered every text quickly and took care of everything right away. The property had everything we needed. We are definitely thinking about coming here again next year.
