気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The initial entry was difficult as we weren’t familiar with a keyless entry. We were locked out for some time. This would be important to teach occupants, especially the elderly. Using it is not straight forward when you haven’t used it before. There were empty plastic water bottles behind bedside table furniture and a couple of other random toys under the furniture. There were chocolates left in the freezer by previous occupants which I just stopped my children eating in the nick of time.Furthermore the backyard and front yard were both unkept. Lawns long and not mown. (More so in the backyard). Definitely not how it looked in the photos on the website. The clothes airer was broken laying on its side outside so we were unable to use it. BBQ was not overly clean, so we decided against using it also.We did not have the use of the tv in living area, NO aerial to pick up channels. Overall we were comfortable yet disappointed with the cleanliness of the property.
