Within metres from the golden sands of Ocean Beach and shopping district of Umina Beach with its cafes and restaurants, you won"t need to drive once you arrive, everything you"ll need is at your fingertips! Featuring comfortable furnishings natural lighting and plenty of space for all. Master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite, downstairs. While bedroom 3 has 2 king single beds and bedroom 4 has 2 single beds.
*Main living area is spacious with a flat screen TV and cosy lounges. Study area upstairs, Wifi available
* Kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
* Ducted Aircon, ceiling fans in bedrooms, dining seats 6, off street parking
* Spacious main bathroom upstairs with bath, shower, modern fittings. Full internal laundry with shower and toilet
* A short 5 min drive to Ettalong - weekend markets, cinemas, ferry services
