Elena was a terrific host! She was quick to respond to any questions and we really appreciated her reaching out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Her cabin is well stocked with cozy comforts and it felt like a home away from home. We stayed over the winter holidays and the snowy beauty of Lake Hawkins did not disappoint! We will definitely be coming back to Cariboo!

Surrounded by Canim Beach, Ruth Lake, and Schoolhouse Lake Provincial Parks, the area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, and birdwatching.

Seasonal activities make this location truly special. In winter, guests can enjoy ice skating on the lake and take advantage of nearby skiing at Mt. Timothy Ski Area.
