String lights bring this outdoor space to life in the evening along with Sonos speakers located throughout the property.



The home’s open concept renovation is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the living room couch (which doubles as a sofa bed) with your favorite book or to watch a movie while loved ones whip up meals in the kitchen. Home chefs will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. 8 barstools offer seating indoors and the outdoor dining table offers seating for 8 as well.



BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, is on the main level and offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2, or the Front Room, offers a Twin daybed + trundle which sleeps 2 (note: this room does not have doors but has a curtain for privacy). The downstairs half bathroom also serves as the laundry room. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 offers a King Bed + Sofa Bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The sofa bed is best suited for one adult or 2 children/teenagers. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each offer a Queen size bed. A small workspace is located on the landing upstairs. A second full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located upstairs and is shared by Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5.



LOCATION: This is the perfect space for those looking to explore Austin - just 1.5 miles to Downtown! 5.3 miles / 10 mins from the airport and 3.7 miles from the UT Austin campus. Walk to Ladybird Lake, hiking and biking trails, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and more. We recommend taking a dip in the Cowboy Pool or playing a round of mini golf before enjoying a night out.

This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance). No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not permitted. This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.
