The house was clean and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and many beach items to use. We ate on the screened in deck almost every night. The outdoor shower was excellent. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was fixed in less than a day. The washing machine was not working when we arrived and it would have been nice if it could have been repaired while we were there but we survived without it! The neighborhood was quiet and it was an excellent location close to several beaches.

Thank you for the wonderful review of Beach Dreams! We're glad the house was clean and spacious, the kitchen and beach gear met your needs, and you enjoyed the screened deck and outdoor shower. Sorry the washer wasn't working on arrival; it has since been repaired, and we're happy the AC issue was resolved quickly. We hope to host you again soon!

Our stay at this home was very enjoyable. The location was perfect for our needs. The pro's: The management company was top notch- excellent communication and very responsive. The house was very clean on arrival and well equipped with the exception of only 2 teaspoons in the flatware drawer with a couple of plastic ones ... I think kids take them to the beach!. Internet was perfect, hot water plentiful, icemaker works great, beds and furniture comfy, plenty of good quality linens. The only con is that the basement is finished beautifully, but it is so musty smelling that we could not use it.

Thank you for the five-star review of Beach Dreams! We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, clean and well-equipped home, comfortable furnishings, and responsive communication. We appreciate you noting the limited teaspoons and musty basement odor, and we’ll be sure to follow up on both so we can make appropriate improvements moving forward. We hope to host you again!
